👋 Hey there, I’m Meegan.
My journey with conscientious eating began in late 2019 and is backed by Health Psychology and self-efficacy techniques. I changed to a career path that was less stressful, more physically active, and began intermittent fasting as well as making healthier, more wholesome food choices. Where I had previously needed to supplement my emotion of stress & overwhelm into food & drink - I became more self-aware and better able to direct my focus on healthier things.
