Mindful Consumption It's no coincidence this program contains my initials - "DJ MC" here to guide you through: taking better care of your mind/body/soul, consuming alcohol with mindful habits, and maintaining that golden party vibe. Creative Mocktails Get creative with some unique alcohol alternatives - including mocktail recipes, unique non-alcoholic options, creative ways to order while out & about, and more. Week 1: Intro Week 2: What’s your current state? Rate yourself on the binge drinking scale (loosely based on the CDC alcohol guidelines) Week 3: How do feel about where you rank on the binge drinking scale? How about the heavy drinking scale? Week 4: Welcome to your inner self – decide where you want to be on the scale of drinking – become aware of your mind while drinking; how soon do you feel the effects/buzz? Week 5: Practice reducing alcohol intake & practice self awareness – how much before you feel any effect at all? Week 6: NA drink options & social event hacks, also: “water championships” Week 7: Get creative with recipes, practice stress management Week 8: Progress check – where are you on the drinking scale now? Week 9: Continue practicing drinking less, ranking yourself at the end of each week on the drinking scale Week 10: More NA substitutes/party hacks (smaller portions of alcohol/alternating drinks), more stress management Week 11: Stress management & focus Week 12: Recap it all, make a commitment to your mind & body going forward Weeks 13 & 14: Join discussion groups, collab, share, support each other
